About Us

The Full Story of LifeBridge Homes

LifeBridge Homes began with a shared vision of Granville Washington, Jr., and Ahlivia Washington. Their own experiences with homelessness ignited a passion to make a difference. They knew firsthand the struggles and hardships that come with not having a stable place to call home. This personal journey inspired them to create a sanctuary for those in need—a place where individuals and families could find not just shelter, but a new beginning.

Our Mission

At LifeBridge Homes, we believe that the foundation for rebuilding your life starts with providing a secure place to live. Our mission is to offer faith-based, affordable housing that fosters rebirth and stability. We provide more than just a roof over one’s head; we create a supportive community where love, faith, and empowerment thrive.

Our approach focuses on providing a home with all utilities included, giving residents the opportunity to rebuild their credit, save money, and take steps toward independence. At LifeBridge Homes, we believe in creating an environment where individuals can achieve lasting stability and growth.

Our Process

Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our clients must come first. We take an interdisciplinary approach to our management as well as a team approach to our service offerings.
