The population of unhoused individuals continues to grow, driven by factors outside of their control such as skyrocketing housing rates, the lingering effects of the pandemic, and economic instability. At LifeBridge Homes, we are committed to partnering with the community to serve a wide range of individuals, not just those who suffer from mental and physical disabilities. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment for anyone facing homelessness, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to rebuild their lives and regain stability.

The Criteria

Must be over 18
-
Must be experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness

Proof of income or benefits (SSI, SSDI, housing voucher) to cover housing cost

No pets at this time

Must be physically and mentally capable of unassisted independent living

A commitment to making positive and lasting life changes.

The ability to thrive in a group living environment with minimal supervision and without the need for frequent monitoring.
